Rental Policies

  • Absolutely. Two queen bedrooms on the second floor, a king and two twins in the loft, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room — there's real sleeping space for everyone, not just a pullout on the floor.

  • One dedicated space is included. Additional street parking is available nearby.

  • Plenty of groups of 4–6 book The Lookout because they want the extra space, the fireplace, and the balcony. More room to relax isn't a bad thing.

  • Yes. Pet rules must be followed, and a pet fee applies.

  • 2-night minimum stays are required.
